تتكون هذه الدراسة من مقدمة، وفصل تمهيدي، وبابين، يضم أولهما ثلاثة فصول تتحدث عن المؤيدات الشرعية الإقتصادية القانونية لإقامة البنوك الوقفية، ويتحدث الثاني في فصلين عن البنوك الوقفية المقترحة ومعاملاتها، تلي ذلك خاتمة بأهم النتائج والتوصيات.
