في هذه المجموعة: "ديما .. حبٌ أول" ثمة كلام عن القلب .. كثير. القلب إذْ يصبح منطَلَقًا لحكايات الحب، ومحطةً لتجاربه الفاشلة وإحباطاته. حديث القلوب، يبهت حين تعبر عنه الكلمات، لكنك في "ديما" أمام مقاربة مختلفة. المفردة وحدها قصة عشق، ترسم صورة وتنشد أغنية. ليس كل تجارب الحب تنتهي بـ (بطولة) ينتصر فيها العاشقان. تصبح قصة الحب أكثر إلهامًا، حين يعيشها طرفا الحب، من حيث هي رغبة في إعلاء القيمة، وليس في إشباع رغبة الجسد. كانت العرب قديما تقول: ""إذا نُكِح الحب .. فسد"". كناية عن أن قصص الحب التي تنتهي بالزواج .. تبهت، عكس تلك التي يتعذب فيها العشاق. ما لم يحدّث به العرب، أن الحب، لما كانت غايته الجسد، يهبط، ويلتصق بالتراب، تماهيًا مع الخلق الذي صنع منه الجسد. لكن .. إذا استهدف الحب، ما لا يفنى من قيم وأخلاق، فإنه يتسامى، ويرتفع .. ويُحَلِّقُ. حلّقوا .. مع ديما وأخواتها.
