هادي المهدي: -1965 العراق/ بكالوريوس إخراج مسرحي من أكاديمية الفنون، بغداد. -يعمل في المسرح منذ عشرين عاماً بصفات عديدة (مصمم ديكور/ مصمم إضاءة/ مدرب بانتوميم/ معد وكاتب وأخيراً في الإخراج). -نال العديد من الجوائز في الإخراج المسرحي. -يكتب النقد والنص والبحوث المسرحية ونشر له في: بغداد -القاهرة -الدار البيضاء -بيروت -دمشق. -يقيم في دمشق ويعمل بصفة مخرج متفرغ لصالح المسرح القومي والعسكري. -شارك في تأسيس العديد من الفرق المسرحية التجريبية في العراق وسورية. -أصدر كتابين: الحياة تبدأ غداً (نصوص) -الطقس المسرحي المعاصر (دراسات). -أخرج العديد من المسرحيات ومنها: هملت -كاليغولا -ليس لدى الكولونيل من يكاتبه -في انتظار غودو -التحولات -الأمير -دائماً وأبداً -دم شرقي -الكراهية -أيها العالم الغريب وداعاً. - سيصدر له قريباً: العرض الثالث (كتاب السيرة على الماء)، يا إلهي أريد أن أكون سعيداً (نصوص).
