يجمع العرب على أن قضية فلسطين هي قضيتهم المركزية، وهم يجعلون من هذا معياراً لمدى وطنية وقومية هذا أو ذاك من الحكام والمفكرين والسياسيين. ولعل ذلك نابع من مدى إدراكهم لخطورة هذه القضية وأهميتها وأصالتها بأمن ومستقبل أمتهم. ولعل في الكتابة عن فلسطين شبه مغامرة كون أعداد من تناولوا الموضوع أكثر من أن يحصى وكل واحد من هؤلاء قد غطى وبحث في جميع الجوانب المتعلقة بها. إلا أن هذا لا يعفي أحد من فعل ما عليه والاضطلاع بنصيب من الجهد الفكري الذي يصب في خدمة هذه القضية المقدسة.
وميزة هذا الكتاب أن مؤلفه بحث في الموضوع بحثاً موضوعياً جعل منه إضافة بارزة وقيمة لكل ما كتب حوله من قبل فصل فيه مؤلفه القول في أحقبة العرب في أرض فلسطين موضحاً مدى الدور الذي لعبته الدور الكبرى في ضياع فلسطين. إذ يشير في الفصل الأول إلى نشأة القضية وأثر خطط الاستعمار العالمي للشرق ولبلاد العرب في ذلك. ويعرض في الفصل الثاني لكيفية تهيئ فلسطين لاستقبلا المؤامرة ودور الاستعمار العالمي والمراحل التي حققها تمهيداً لتنفيذ المؤامرة وإخراج المأساة في عان 1948.
كما يتحدث في الفصل الرابع عن دور بريطانيا ومسلكها التآمري من خلال بياناتها وقراراتها. ويعرض في الفصل الخامس لخلق إسرائيل وموقف الدول الكبرى في الأمم المتحدة. في حين يبحث الفصل السادس في كفاح العرب ضد المؤامرة والذي أعقب قرار التقسيم. ويعرض في الفصل السابع لدور بريطانيا في إتمام المؤامرة على فلسطين وكيفية انسحابها من فلسطين، ومسرحية الحرب الفلسطينية واتفاقيات رودس.
أما الفصل الثامن فهو يسلط الضوء على دول الاستعمار ودورها في تثبيت واقع إسرائيل وتجميد مأساة فلسطين. ثم يبحث قضية اللاجئين في الفصل التاسع ومراحل النزوح الثلاث وأساليبها أما الفصل العاشر فهو يناقش موضوع قيام إسرائيل من وجهة نظر القوانين الدولية. بينما يبحث في الفصل الحادي عشر في مستقبل فلسطين بين السلم والحرب.
