كتاب مثل سابقه، يُقرأ ويُسمع. وهو استعراض تاريخي للأغنيات التي لُحنت وغُنيت من شعر الشاعر الكبير، ويتضمن تحليلا لهذه لأغنيات، التي غنى بعضها أم كلثوم ونجاة الصغيرة وزكية حمدان، وغيرهم.
