فهذه القرارت تقدم نماذج مشرفة عن وعي ومهارة القضاة اللبنانيين وعن جهود وبراعة المحامين في لبنان لتحقيق الغاية من السلفة الوقتية التي هي حماية الدائن والفصل بسرعة في النزاعات وتخفيف حدتها أمام محاكم الأساس خاصة وأنها لم تشرع إلا منذ ما يقارب السنة عشر عاماً.
