يأتي هذا الكتاب تحت عنوان (الإنسان في الفلسفة) وهو يضم دراسة تحليلية لموقع (الإنسان) في فلسفة بعض المفكرين من عرب وغربيين، وهو في أصله دراسات نشرت في الصحف العراقية والعربية، تمّ جمعها للقارئ دفعة واحدة في كتاب عسى أن تكون الفائدة منها أوسع وأعمق وأدق من الاطلاع عليها وهي منتشرة على صفحات الجرائد.
مقالات الكتاب في العموم تكوّن محوراً واحداً يتضمن موقع الإنسان في الفكر الفلسفي، وهي تتوزع على قسمين، الأول يحتوي على دراسة (الإنسان)، في فلسفة بعض الفلاسفة والمفكرين الكبار من (مثاليين وماديين وما بين المثالية والمادية ومن مذاهب مختلفة أخرى، وفي القسم الثاني مقالات في الفلسفة وشرح لبعض المصطلحات والمقولات الفلسفية، وقد اهتمت الدراسات أيضاً، بطبيعة تطور (المعرفة) الإنسانية، عن طريق التفاعل العضوي بين الإنسان والإنسان والطبيعة والإنسان معتمدة الانعكاسات الخارجية على (مخ) الإنسان وتطور فكره ومعرفته، وموقفه من وجوده كفاعل إيجابي في تطور المجتمع والطبيعة.
