يقول المؤلف بأن هناك معية إلهية متوفرة بتوافر شروطها، وهي كانت وسيلة في بحثه عن حقيقة الأديان.
فمن خلال كتابه هذا سيأخذ المؤلف القارئ معه في رحلة للبحث عن إجابة لسؤال: هل بعد التفاسير لكتاب الله تعالى نجد ديناً واحداً أم أدياناً وأهواء. لذا حاول المؤلف إيجاد الجواب بواسطة فهم دين الله سبحانه وتعالي من طريقين: كتب الله سبحانه وكتب المفسرين والشراح. بدأ يكتب المفسرين في المناهج الثلاثة اليهودية والمسيحية والمسلمة متناولاً التيارات المختلفة ليجد أن هناك تناقضات هائلة وتباينات شاسعة بين ما قالوه وكتبوه وبين ما قاله الحق سبحانه. فمثلاً مفهوم التقوى والذي يحمل في كتب التفاسير آراء متشعبة ومتنوعة ومختلفة قام بمقارنته بما ورد في النص الإلهي وبما ورد في النص البشري ليجد أن المفسرين لا يعتمدون على تعريف الله للمفهوم وإنما على ظنهم بأنه الحق في فهمهم له. ولذا اجتهد من خلال كتابه هذا لإظهار الحق بعد أن وضع كلام الله أمامه كدليل على الحقيقة الناصعة بولوجه إلى مجتمع الأنبياء وما بشروا به، وباستقائه المنهجية في كتاب الله.
والمؤلف يسعى في اجتهاده هذا لاستيعاب الدين ومنذ الأصنام الفكرية التي هي بمثابة موروثات غدت مقدسات وحقائق وبديهيات. لم يستهدف المؤلف في كلماته أحداً، ولكنه في الوقت عينه لم يخش في الحق لومة لائم وغايته أن يكون عمله هذا بمثابة دعوة للقيامة من بين الأموات مبصرين سامعين وذلك بتذكر آيات الله، أي بالرسوخ فيها.
