تحتوي هذه المجموعة من الأوراق المالية والخدمات المصرفية على أربعة دراسات متخصصة صدرت عن الأمانة العامة التابعة لاتحاد المصارف العربية تحت عنوان رئيسي هو "سلسلة مركزة للعام 2002". وهي تغطي أربعة إصدارات متفرقة كان أولها قد صدر في كانون الثاني معنوناً بـ"القطاع المالي في المنطقة العربية: الوضع العام ومتطلبات التقوية والتطوير"، وهو يهدف إلى إعطاء فكرة شاملة عن القطاع المالي في المنطقة العربية، بكل مكوناته أي القطاع المصرفي (بما فيه المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية) ومؤسسات الادخار التعاقدي والاستثمار المؤسسي، وأسواق الأوراق المالية.
أما الإصدار الثاني فكان أيضاً في كانون الثاني من عام 2002 وجاء تحت عنوان "تحرير قطاع الخدمات المالية في جمهورية مصر العربية"، وفيه تم تحديد الالتزامات التي قدمتها مصر بالنسبة لتحرير تجارة الخدمات المالية. هذا وتضمن الإصدار أيضاً دراسة أبعاد هذه الالتزامات على قطاع الخدمات المالية، ومتطلبات تقوية هذا القطاع ليكون قادراً على مواجهة الانفتاح والتحرير التجاري القادم. أما الإصدار الثالث من هذه الدراسات فغطى شهر شباط/فبراير من عام 2002 وجاء معنوناً بـMicrofinonce in the Arab Region and proposed Development Strategy. أما الإصدار الرابع من السلسلة فغطى شهر آذار/مارس من نفس العام وفيه تم تسليط الضوء على التطورات الحاصلة في الاقتصاد العالمي قبل أحداث 11 سبتمبر من العام 2001 والآثار المباشرة وغير المباشرة لهذه الأحداث على الاقتصاد العالم، مع تركيز على القضايا والتحديات الدولية الناشئة كنتيجة لأحداث 11 سبتمبر أو كامتداد لتطورات عالمية سابقة.
