دراسة تحليلية مبتكرة لفقه المعاملات المالية تهدف إلى صياغة فقهية جديدة لمسألة الأجور وذلك بجمع المادة العلمية ،ثم تنظيمها ضمن عناوين عامة تجمع الفروع الفقهية في الموضوع . ويبين تعريف بعقد الإجارة و شروط الأجرة و المستأجر عليه . كما يتعرض لبيان أنواع الأجور من أجر مسمى وأجر المثل .ويتحدث الكاتب فيه في الباب الثالث منه عن تقدير الأجور و بيان استحقاقها. يرى الكاتب أن من أهم أسباب اختياره لهذا الموضوع حاجة المكتبة الإسلامية المعاصرة إلى موضوع يلم المسائل المتعلقة بالأجور ، لأن كثيرا من الذين يكتبون في الاقتصاد الإسلامي ليسوا من ذوي الاختصاص الفقهي ،فيصعب عليهم الإحاطة به، لذا فإن تقديم كتاب إختصاصي في هذا الموضوع ،يسهل عليهم الوصول إليه. وقد اتبع المؤلف المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك بتتبع الجزئيلت الفقهية المتناثرة ، و وضعها ضمن عناوين مستقلة، واتبع المنهج التحليلي بدراسة مضمون النص الفقهي ، والنظر في مدلوله ، ومناقشته للوصول إلى وجهة نظر تعبر قدر المستطاع عن الحكم الشرعي ، واتبع طريقة البحث الفقهي المقارن ، فيعرض المسألة الفقهية و يذكر أدلة الفقهاء ويناقشها للوصول إلى الرأي الراجح .
