نقرأ في هذا الكتاب محطتين أساسيتين في تجربة الشاعر "قاسم حداد" الأول "الأزرق المستحيل" يليه "أخبار مجنون ليلى". وهو تجربة فريدة تقوم على فن فريد لغة وصياغة، يمازج بمهارة بين الشعر والنثر، مترنحاً بجانب كل منهما، مُظهراً الزخم الفني الذي تتمتع به تجربة شاعراً شكلت منذ السبعينات علامة بارزة في المشهد الشعري العربي الحديث.
تأتي قصائد القسم الأول من الكتاب بعنوان: الأزرق المستحيل كتبها الشاعر عام 2000 باللغتين العربية والفرنسية من ترجمة عبد اللطيف اللعبي. وتتألف من (75) شذرة نقتطف للقارئ بعضاً منها (رقم 20): رحيل من الرمل حتى حدود السماء، رحيل يزخرفه الزعفران، ويزهو به، مثلما يستعيد الكتاب تفاسير مختومة بالدماء.
أما القسم الثاني من الكتاب فيأتي بعنوان: أخبار مجنون ليلى كتبها الشاعر عام 1996. وفيها يقول "عن ليلى": سأقول عن ليلى، عن العسل الذي يرتاحُ في غنج على الزند، عن الرمانة الكسلى، عن الفتوى التي سرت لي التشبيه بالقنِ عن البدوية العينين والنارين والخد (...)".
أما عن الحب فهو عند شاعرنا له أبواب، يقول: الحب أبواب، الحب أبواب، عبرها قيس كلها، ونحن في العتبة. باب المودة: قميصك الأثير كلما تهيأت للعيد، فروُ الهواء يلثمك فتألف كأنها الطفولة عن كثبٍ، تشخصُ إليه كلما لمحت ظله، وتأنس (...)".
كتاب رائع، جاء كمعجماً صوتياً وبصرياً في مساءلة الحب والجنون، نقرأه ونرنم نغماته، فيأتي صداها في القلب والعقل معاً.
