عنوان يبين: أن الحجاب شرعة ربّانية نسوية، وفريضة إسلامية حكيمة، حمل معه تحصينات أخلاقية وأدبية، من شانها أن تحفظ على المرأة كرامتها وحياءها، كما أنه يعمل على إيجاد التوازن في الميولات القطرية والغرائز الجنسية بين النوعين: الذكر والأنثى.
ولأن الذكر ليس كالأثنى، فقد خصت به الأنثى دون الذكر من بني البشر، وهو تكليف ظاهره ثقيل، وباطنه رحمة وسعادة، ذلك أن الحجاب شكل ومضمون، فالشكل وسيلة، وله ضوابط شرعية، وهوية واحدة، يجب التقيد بها، حتى يقع عبادة صحيحة شرعاً، والمضمون من ورائه الهدف، وهو العفة والحياء، ليبقى الجنس البشري بعيداً عن الإضطراب، وفقدان التوازن في سيرورة الغريزة الجنسية.
هذا وقد عالج المؤلف، هذه الشرعة الربّانية، ورسم معالمها وحدودها، ورمز إلى وظائفها الأدبية والإجتماعية وفق منظور الكتاب والسنة.
