السلسلة الإدارية بأجزائها العشرين هي نتاج تجارب أشخاص في الحقلين الإداري والوظيفي. فإذا كنت رب عمل، قائم على مؤسسة، غاية آمالك تقدمها ونجاحها، وإذا كنت موظفاً قائماً على إدارة عمل ما، أو حتى إذا كنت في طريقك للحصول على وظيفة فلكل غايته، ولكل من هؤلاء وجهته التي يحتاج من خلالها على من يرشده على أفضل السبل لبلوغ سبل النجاح.
تبدأ السلسلة مواضيعها بالتتابع ابتداء من الخطوات الأولى للحصول على وظيفة، والتي تحتاج قبل كل شيء إلى سيرة ذاتية حيث يقدم الجزء الأول، الخطوات الواجبة والأصول المتبعة في سبيل تحضير السيرة الذاتية [207]، وتأخذ السلسلة في أجزائها المتتالية بيد كل واحد لترشده إلى ضرورة تنظيم وتفعيل ذاته وبالتالي تعلمه من تنظيم وبرمجة وقته ثم تنتقل إلى ربع العمل لتطلعه على أسس الإدارة الناجحة وتوضح له ماهية القيادة الإدارية الناجحة، كما تدله على اختيار الموظف المناسب، ثم ترشده إلى تفهم أسلوب تصرفات الموظفين، ومن ثم كيفية تدريبهم تدريباً ناجحاً، وبالتالي ترشيدهم وتحفيزهم.
وتنتقل بعد ذلك إلى قواعد إدارة الاجتماعات والتخطيط وأساليب الإقناع الإداري، ومن ثم أصول المفاوضة وأساليب حل المشاكل الإدارية ثم تحدثه بأصول تحضير الميزانيات الناجحة وإدارة المشتريات الناجحة وتحضير التقارير الناجحة، وتطلعه على ماهية الإحصاء وضرورتها لترشده بعد ذلك إلى أسرار التسويق الناجح، وأخيراً توضح له تقنية التجارة على الانترنت.
يمكن القول بأن هذه السلسلة الإدارية والتي أحصينا مواضيعها، بإمكانها أن تقوم مقام دورات يحتاجها الإنسان في بداية عمله الوظيفي والإداري على حد سواء.. وربما كانت على مستوى أكبر من ذلك فهي حصيلة تجارب، وحصيلة خبرات الجمعية البريطانية لإدارة الأعمال.
