زهير محمود الكرمي، وإعلامي أردني. من أبرز مقدمي البرامج التلفزيونية على شاشة التلفزيون الأردني وقد اشتهر بتقديم البرنامج الوثائقي الرائع العلم والحياة الذي بث في أكثر من قطر عربي.
في عام 1948 حصل على الماجستير في علم الأحياء من الكلية الإمبراطورية في لندن. عمل في التدريس لمادة العلوم، أصبح مفتشاً للعلوم في الكويت عام 1965، ثم رئيساً لمفتشي العلوم في وزارة التربية والتعليم بالكويت حيث أشرف على ت منا زهير محمود الكرمي، وإعلامي أردني. من أبرز مقدمي البرامج التلفزيونية على شاشة التلفزيون الأردني وقد اشتهر بتقديم البرنامج الوثائقي الرائع العلم والحياة الذي بث في أكثر من قطر عربي.
في عام 1948 حصل على الماجستير في علم الأحياء من الكلية الإمبراطورية في لندن. عمل في التدريس لمادة العلوم، أصبح مفتشاً للعلوم في الكويت عام 1965، ثم رئيساً لمفتشي العلوم في وزارة التربية والتعليم بالكويت حيث أشرف على ت مناهج العلوم أكثر من مرة. استقال من عمله في التربية ليتولى منصب المدير العام لشركة أكسجين الكويت ومؤسسة الغازات الصناعية الكويتية. ساهم في الإذاعة والتلفزة في الكويت بتقديم الكثير من الأحاديث العلمية. قام في العام 1972 بإنشاء المتحف العلمي بالكويت.

معالم صورة العالم في القرن الحادي والعشرين.
الكويت والماء في القرن الحادي والعشرين.
الكويت والصناعة في القرن الحادي والعشرين.
علم الحياة، ثلاثة أجزاء.
العلوم العامة، تسعة أجزاء،
العلم ومشكلات الإنسان المعاصر، سلسلة عالم المعرفة.
ترجم لليونسكو كتاب المرجع في تعليم الجغرافيا.
راجع الترجمة لسلسلة عالم المعرفة لكتابي الكون والثقوب السوداء لرؤوف وصفي، ارتقاء الإنسان لجاكوب برونوفسكي كما ترجم كتاب بنو الإنسان لبيتر فارب.
توفي في التاسع والعشرين من تشرين الثاني لعام 2009 للميلاد, وهو عضو مجلس أمناء جامعة القدس (الجامعة العربية الفلسطينية في القدس).
