هذه الرسالة خرّج صاحبها فيها أحاديث شرح متن من أشهر متون العقائد، ألا وهو متن "العقائد" الذي ألفه الشيخ "نجم الدين أبو حفص عمر بن إسماعيل النسفي"، وقد اشتهر ذلك بين أوساط العلم بعنوان "العقائد النفسية"، وهو رسالة موجزة، لخص فيها الشيخ النسفي موضوعات عديدة تتعلق بالعقائد وهو يحتوي على اثنان وسبعون حديثاً، لم يتعرض المصنف لشرحهم ولم يوسع في تخريجهم، وهذا ما استدركه العلامة القاري في كتابه إذ عُني فيه بتخريج الأحاديث ببيان وجوده في مصادر حديثية أصلية أو عدم وجوده فيها، غير أنه لم يستقص في ذكر المخرجين للحديث. ولأهمية الرسالة عني "مشهور حسن سلمان" بتحقق الكتاب، وتجلى عمله بـ: أولاً: قام بنسخه، وترقيم الأحاديث الواردة فيه، ثانياً: تمّم النقص الواقع فيه، ووضعه بين معتوفتين، ثالثاً: صوب بعض الأخطاء الموجودة فيه، رابعاً: خرج الأحاديث: ذاكراً مصادرها من دواوين السنة ومرتبتها، وحكم أهل العلم عليها.
