هذا الكتاب (دعوة إلى الله عزّ وجلّ) ليس موجهاً للمسلمين فقط، وإنما كما هو ظاهر من عنوانه، إلى جميع العقلاء من بني البشر، بقطع النظر عن أديانهم ومللهم وأجناسهم وألوانهم.
ولأن الله سبحانه وتعالى، وهو رب العالمين، وخالق الخلق، وباسط الرزق والمحيي والمميت، ومالك الملك بلا شريك ولا منازع، ولا ظهير ولا مساعد، فمن البديهي أن يكون المدعوون إليه على الصعيد الإنساني هم جميع بني الإنسان.
ولأن هذا الكتاب (دعوة إلى الله تعالى)، هو موجّه لجميع الأخوة في الإنسانية بدون أي إستثناء، على إختلاف شرائعهم ونظمهم الحياتية وعاداتهم وتقاليدهم، فهو لن يتعرض للتشريع ولا للشرائع لا من قريب ولا من بعيد، وإنما هو سيكون دعوة إلى الإيمان بالله تعالى، بقدرته وإحاطته وهيمنته على الكون جملة وتفصيلاً، وإلى تعميق هذا الإيمان وصولاً إلى أعلى درجات اليقين، وبذلك يعرف التوحيد، وعظمة التوحيد، وأزلية التوحيد وسرمديته.
