هذا موجز عرضت فيه لموضوع من الموضوعات التاريخية في النحو العربي أسمته "سعة العربية".
إن هذه السعة تشتمل على مواد لم يعن بها النحويون، فلم يطيلوا النظر في الأصول التاريخية التي تتصل بلغة التنزيل ولغة الأثر الشريف.
إن هذه الأصول التي وقفت عليها تظهر أن ما ذهبوا إليه من التضييق على استيعابهم لا يعطينا صورة شاملة للعربية التاريخية، إذ ليس ما صنفوه من قواعد مشتملاً على هذه المادة الواسعة من الرؤية التاريخية.
ومن أجل هذا أسميت ورقاتي هذه "سعة العربية" لأن الدارس يقف فيها على مواد لم يعرض لها النحويون، وعلى أخرى لم يعرض لها اللغويون.
