هكذا كانت النصوص والرسوم والشخصيات والملامح تتداول بين المؤلف وكاتب السيناريو والرسام والمخرج، حتى إنك لا تستطيع نسبة شيء منها إلى واحد منهم، فالكل أسهم في الكل...
هكذا أعيدت كتابة النص وتخطيط المدينة ورسوم الشخصيات مرات ومرات، لكي تقدم للطفل الفعل الماضي بلامح رجل عجوز يسكن في بيت قديم وحوله كتب التراث، والفعل المضارع في هيئة شاب يستخدم تقنيات العصر التي تمكنه من معرفة ما يدور حوله، وفعل الأمر في زي قائد للشرطة يصدر أوامره بحزم ليضبط شؤون المدينة، والأسماء ممثلة بسكان مدينة الضاد والأحرف في شخصيات طريفة، من الطيور والحيوانات الأليفة، والحركات زهوراً تملأ الحديقة تقطف الحروف منها ما يلائمها.. كل ذلك من أجل أن نقرب لأطفالنا لغة الضاد، ونبسط لهم قواعدها، ونزينها لهم ونحببها إليهم ليعشقوها.
