ما يميز العمل هو إعطاء الكاتب صورة بانورامية عن تطور الحياة في المملكة منذ بداية توحيد المملكة الى عصرنا الراهن والدور الفعال والتأسيس للملك عبد العزيز الموحد لهذا الكيان الكبير الممتد من مياه الخليج العربي شرقاً حتى البحر الأحمر غرباً ومن بادية الشام شمالاً حتى حدود اليمن جنوباً... الأمر الذي كان له امتداداً في وعي ووجدان الكتاب وإظهاره عبر تقنيات أدبية ذات دلالة مدعمة بمشهد يفيض بالحنين والشوق الى المكان الذي يعد جزءاً من وعي الذاكرة الأمر الذي تجلى في وحدة نصية - سردية متناغمة تتجاوز الزمان والمكان لتقول أن الانتماء للوطن والتمسك بالهوية مكون أساسي في شخصية الإنسان العربي...
