Book Description
السنة النبوية المطهرة هي المصدر الثاني للإسلام باعتباره عقيدة، وهي المصدر الثاني للإسلام باعتباره تشريعاً، والمصدر الثاني للإسلام باعتباره أخلاقاً.
والسنة ع القرآن على ثلاثة أوجه، أحدها: أن تكون موافقة له من كل وجه، والثاني: أن تكون بياناً لما أريد بالقرآن وتفسيراً له، والثالث: أن تكون موجبة لحكم سكت القرآن عن إيجابه، أو محرمة لما سكت عن تحريمه، ولا تخرج عن هذه الأقسام، فلا تعارض القرآن بوجه ما، فما كان منها زائداً على القرآن فهو تشريع مبتدأ من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تجب طاعته فيه، ولا تحل معصيته، وليس هذا تقديماً لها على كتاب الله، بل امتثال لما أمر الله به من طاعة رسوله، وقد قال الله تعالى: "من يطع الرسول فقد أطاع الله". وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "ألا إني أوتين القرآن ومثله معه.
وقد جمع المؤلف في هذا الكتاب جملة من الأحاديث المنخبة المختارة المشتملة على ما تمس إليه الحاجة الاجتماعية والتعبدية، من أصح كتب الحديث المعتبرة كالبخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه وغيرها.
