يعتبر الشيخ "عبد الله الجوادي الآملي" من أشهر أساتذة الفلسفة والعرفان والتفسير في الحوزة العلمية في قم المقدسة، ويعدُّ من أبرز طلاب العلاّمة السيد "محمد حسين الطباطبائي" - صاحب تفسير الميزان - الذين استمروا على منهجه في التفسير وتدريس الفلسفة في الحوزات العلمية، ومقدرة الشيخ "الآملي" وضلوعه في المسائل الفلسفية والعقائدية دعت الإمام الخميني إلى إختياره ليحمل رسالته الشهيرة إلى ميخائيل غروباتشوف رئيس الإتحاد السوفياتي السابق والتي يدعوه فيها إلى التعرف إلى الإسلام وإختياره كعقيدة ونظام حياة بعد إفلاس الشيوعية وسقوطها.
وقد اشتهر الشيخ "الآملي" في السنوات الأخيرة بتدريس التفسير الموضوعي للقرآن الكريم، وهذا البحث الذي قامت دار النشر بترجمته ووضعه في متناول قراء العربية "ولاية الإنسان في القرآن" من تلك المواضيع التي قام بتدريسها لطلابه في الحلقات الأولى من تدريسه وهو كما يتضح للمطالع يتناول موضوع "ولاية الإنسان" فيبين أن الولاية قسمان بالولاية بكسر الواو وهي ولاية إعتبارية ظاهرية جعلته بمعنى الحكومة والتدبير والإدارة والولاية بفتح الواو هي ولاية واقعية تمثل مقاماً معنوياً يصل إليه السالك إلى الله عزّ وجلّ ويصير فيه مظهراً ومجلى لبعض أسماء الله الحسنى مما يترب عليه آثار خاصة كنصرة الله تعالى لذلك الولي ومنحه قدرات إستثنائية على التصرف في الموجودات ومحل البحث هي الولاية بالمعنى الثاني حيث يحاول الإجابة على عدة أسئلة توضح الصورة الكاملة للموضوع.
وعلى هذا؛ يرتب فصول الكتاب بحسب تلك الأسئلة فيبحث أولاً في معنى هذه الولاية ثم في أصل وجودها وثبوتها ثم يتعرض لأقسامها وإنحائها وأحكام تلك الأقسام وأخيراً لمسببات وطرق حصول هذه الولاية مستعرضاً بعض نماذج الأولياء في القرآن الكريم.
