كشريط مطول / نصب الماضي / على مضارع / رفع أمره / بنداء متكرر / إلى اللغة / أبني انشقاقاتي المتتاليات / في رفعة الشفاف المتقنة / عيوبه / بكلمه ... / كلمة توقد / الشلل القابع / في أذني / تنعثق / مني بعض صفاتي، / أقلد المعنى / صوتاً يخرج / من يدي / أتحسس شرودي / جسدي يشع فجأة / أتبتل بضوئه، / بعيني أقيم صلاتي ( ... ) " وبهذه الكتابة، يقع القارىء لشعرية غزلان عود الورد على مشاهد شعرية لذيذة، وكثيفة، معنى، ولغة، وتحتمل قراءات عديدة.
