شاعرة وصحفية ، تعمل في جريدة الطليعة كمحرر للشؤون الثقافية، شاركت في العديد من الملتقيات في الكويت وخارجها حصدت جائزة (أصوات من العالم) من مركز الشباب والشعر الايطالية لتكون اول خليجية تحصد هذه الجائزة ٢٠١٢ أصدرت ديوانها الاول عن دار الغاوون ٢٠١١ بعنوان ( سماء تبحث عن غطاء) .
Book Description
هذا هو الديوان الشعري الأول للشاعرة الكويتية هدى أشكناني، بعنوان: «سماء تبحث عن غطاء»، وجاء الديوان بأربعة أبواب صنفت كالآتي: «ذاكرة» وتضم 11 نصاً، «بياض» ويضم 11 نصاً،»وجوه» ويضم 9 نصوص، فيما جاء الباب الاخير «ظل»، بالاهتمام النصي الكبير للمجموعة، فضم 23 نصاً.
واعتمد الديوان على نمط القصيدة الومضة التي تعتمد على الإبهار والتكثيف في المعنى. و جاءت معظم النصوص مكتسية بتكوينات انسانية تمتزج بالجانب اللاواعي، كأنها محاولة لتخفيف فوضى الحياة. معتمدة على مفارقات اللغة والصور المناقضة للطبيعة والتشكيلات المنطقية وهي أهم سمة يتميز بها الديوان.
ونقرأ من الديوان، نصا بعنوان «انشقاق عتمة»:
«بين شقين… من عتمة ونور….. تحاول فراشة… استرداد يقينها».
وتحت عنوان «تنفس»، نقرأ:
«لا فراغ هنا…. أغمض عيني… لأتنفس قبلهم».
