منذ صدور التنظيم القضائي الجديد عام 1428هـ في المملكة العربية السعودية، بدا احتفاء الأوساط القضائية والعلمية والإعلامية بهذا المشروع القضائي الجليل.
وقد سعى هذا الكتابُ، من خلال الإستقراء والتحليل والإستنتاج، إلى محاولة رسم معالم هذا التنظيم.
إذ قدَّم الكتابُ إطاراً نظريّاً شاملاً ودقيقاً لكلٍّ من نظامي القضاء وديوان المظالم الجديدين، مع بيان ما استحدثه كلٌّ منهما سواء على صعيد إعادة ترتيب محاكم القضاء وولايتها، أو فيما يتعلق بتدعيم مبدأ إستقلال القضاء؛ وعمل على تحديد الخريطة القضائية في المملكة، مع تلبية حاجة الباحثين في مجال القضائي بمحاولة سد بعض من الفجوة في هذا المجال، وانتهى الكتاب إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات العلمية التي يمكن أن تسهم في تحقيق آلية متكاملة تتعلق بالمنظمة القضائية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
