Book Description
كتاب (الجعفريات أو الأشعثيات) هو من كتب السماع المروية عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أو عن علي رضي الله عنه بالسند المتقدم، وقد ينتهي إلى السجاد والباقر والصادق في موارد قليلة. ومؤلفه هو موسى بن اسماعيل بن موسى بن جعفر، وقد رواه عنه محمد بن الأشعث الكوفي. ويشتمل الكتاب على ألف حديث بإسناد واحد رواه المؤلف، عن أبيه، عن جده علي بن الحسين، عن أبيه، عن أمير المؤمنين، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
ويضم الكتاب أيضاً أخبار متفرقة بغير طرق أهل البيت، رواها محمد بن محمد بن الأشعث بإسناده عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ألحقت بهذا الكتاب.
تأتي أهمية كتب الأشعثيات أو الجعفريات؛ من كونها من الكتب القديمة المعول عليها عند الأصحاب، بل هي من الأصول الإصطلاحية المخصوصة بالذكرر في (الإجازات) كما ذكر الشيخ (النوري) في خاتمة المستدرك مع بسط القول فيه. والأهم من ذلك أن تلك الأحاديث جاءت مرتبة على كتب الفقه: الطهارة ، الصلاة، الزكاة، الصوم، الحج، الجنائز، الطلاق، النكاح، الحدود، الدعاء، السنن والآداب.
ولأهمية هذا الأثر عمل الشيخ مصطفى صبحي الخضر، إلى التحقيق فيه بالإعتماد على الطبعة الحجرية الصادرة في طهران بخط أبي القاسم خوشنويس (251) صفحة. وذلك بمقارنة الأحاديث الواردة فيه مع كتابي: النوادر للراوندي، ومستدرك الوسائل للعلامة الكبير الميرزا النوري الطبرسي، وغيرها من الكتب التي نقلت روايات الجعفري. مع تخريج الأحاديث من مصادرها الأصلية وشرح المفردات، ثم الرد على بعض الأحاديث المخالفة للأصول الإمامية. وأخيراً ترقيم الأحاديث المتضمنة في الكتب والأبواب بشكل متسلسل حتى يسهل تناولها...
