إن تربية الأولاد من أهم ما يشغل الآباء والأمهات, وأولياء الأمور والمربين, بيد أن عملية التربية عملية متنوعة السبل, مختلفة الاتجاهات والمفاهيم و الأهداف والغايات. والغاية الأساسية من التربية الإسلامية: إعداد الفرد جسمياً وعقلياً وروحياً لمعرفة ربه, فيسير على شرعه, يقول الله تعالى: (وما خلقت الجن والإنس إلا ليعبدون). لذلك فقد شرع الإسلام أحكاما وآدابا للإنسان منذ الولادة, بل وقبل الولادة, وكذلك شرع الأحكام التي تلازم الإنسان طيلة حياته, وهذا إن دل على شيئ فإنه يدل رحمة الإسلام الإنسان, ولا بد أن يصاحب هذه الأحكام التربية الإيمانية والنفسية التي تصاحب الطفل منذ ولادته إلى آخرحياته, حتى ينشأ الأولاد وهم مؤمنون حقا, يحبون الله ورسوله ويحبون الإسلام. لذلك لا بد أن يهتم الآباء بالتربية الإيمانية والنفسية للأولاد, ويتعاون الآباء مع المربين والمرشدين, حتى ينشأ الأولاد نشأة صالحة وقوية. وهذا الكتاب يحاول الإجابة عما يجول في خواطر ونفوس الآباء والأمهات والمربين والمعلمين, من الأسئلة والإستفسارات خصوصا التي تتعلق بالتربية الإيمانية والنفسية للأولاد.
