أما الأهمية العملية فتتمثل من الناحية السياسية والسوسيولوجية معرفة حسنات وسيئات الحياة النيابية في الشمال من خلال دراسة واقعية ميدانية، وكذلك من خلال الكتب والصحف اليومية والمجلات الأسبوعية.
