يتألف هذا الكتاب من بابين: الباب الأول: بدأ بفصل بعنوان الجذور التاريخية للغزو الصهيوني إلى فلسطين، تحدث المؤلف من خلاله عن أهمية الهجرة في الفكر الصهيوني وعن الهجرة ومفهوم القومية والهجرة بعد الحرب العالمية الأولى ودور أزمة 1929 فيها. أما الفصل الثاني فهو بعنوان الغزو السري لفلسطين (الدعم الدولي... ودور الموساد في تنظيم هذا الغزو...). الباب الثاني: ويشمل خمسة فصول-الفصل الأول عن السياسة الإسرائيلية لتنفيذ مخطط الهجرة اليهودية لفلسطين-الفصل الثاني يتحدث عن موجات الهجرة الأثيوبية إلى اسرائيل وعن الأوضاع العامة للمهاجرين الأثيوبين في ظل التمييز التربوي والعنصري والتهم الكثيرة الموجهة لهم-الفصل الثالث يتحدث عن تأثيرات الهجرة في الكيان الصهيوني وعن المستوى العلمي والأكاديمي للمهاجرين الجدد وعن دور الاتحاد السوفيتي في تهجير حيث اعتبر المؤلف أن هذه الهجرة هي مرحلة في طريق السيطرة العالمية للصهيونية-الفصل الرابع كان بعنوان الهجرة بين الاستيعاب والنزوح وفي هذا الفصل كشف المؤلف عن ظاهرة النزوح ومسألة الاستيعاب ومشاكلها وأشار إلى العديد من عينات المعاناة،والشعور بالمهانة التي يعيشها الكثير من اليهود المهاجرين-الفصل الخامس تكلم عن الهجرة وعلاقتها بالوضع الأمني وإلى مشكلة يثيرها المتدينون من الصهاينة وهي مشكلة هل المهاجرين يهود؟...
