وبعد إيضاح هذا الأمر في المدخل يوضح الكتاب، بتفصيل ودقة، المقاصد من ذكر الموضوعات الطبية والكونية في القرآن الكريم، كذلك يجد القارئ في الكتاب تفسيراً لمجموعة من الآيات لعله يكون منهجاً لإستنباط المعارف العلمية المكتشفة وغير المكتشفة من غير إخلال بقواعد التفسير.
وفي أواخر الكتاب محاولة لجمع الآيات التي تتضمن إشارات طبية مرتبة في جداول بحسب الموضوعات في الطب الحديث كالتشريح والفسلجة وطب النساء والولادة والجراحة وغيرها.
وقد تُيَسِّرُ هذه الجداول للباحثين الآخرين تفسير الإشارات الطبية في القرآن الكريم بحسب إختصاصاتهم.
