وهكذا جاء هذا الكتاب في بابين الباب الأول في أحكام بيع الأصول وهو يتحدث عن أحكام بيع الأراضي، ما يدخل في بيع الدار وبيع القرية، أحكام بيع النخيل والاستئجار، أما الباب الثاني فتحدث عن أحكام بيع الثمار والزروع حيث عرف بالثمار والزروع، من ثم فصل القول في بيع الثمار، بيع الزروع، أحكام بدو الصلاح، الحوائج في قطع الثمار والزروع: الجذاذ والحصاد.
