إن أحسن ما يتقرب به العبد إلى ربه عز وجل ويتجلى له مقام الحسان المشار إليه في حديث النبي العدنان صلى الله عليه وسلم ذكره والدعاء له في الخلوات والجلوات وأن العبودية تتحقق إذا وقفت تلك النفس الضعيفة أمام فاطر السموات والأرض. والتقرب لا يكون إلا بما جاء به سيد المرسلين من أدعية أو صلوات مبرورة فبمثل هذا يتقرب المتقربون إلى ربهم في كشف الضر عنهم. ومن تلك الأوراد التي تنمي عن صفاء السريرة وسلامة الطوية (السيف القاطع) أو ما يسميه بعضهم السر المصون والدر المكنون.
