أما الفصل الثاني أختص بنظريات بناء المنهج وعدد من نماذج بناءة وتناول مفهوم المنهج الدراسي ونظرياتة وأهمها وهي الفلسفة التربوية المثالية والواقعية والفلسفة التربوية البراجماتية والفلسفة الماركسية والوضعية المنفعية . أما الفصل الثالث فقد أختص بالتقويم وتتطور مفهومة وأنواعة ومجالاتة . وأخيرا جاء الفصل الرابع وقد أختص بطرائق التدريس وتضمن طرائق عديدة منها طريقة الأستقراء والقياس وطريقة الإستقصاء وطريقة المناقشة وطريقة الوحدة (الأسلوب التكاملي).
