يطرح هذا الكتاب دراسة لأساليب كشف التزوير وفق أحدث الأساليب والوسائل العلمية ويشرح بالتفصيل قانوني مقارن بين القانون الأردني التشريعات العربية والفرنسية والإنجلو أمريكية لكافة جوانب إثبات التزوير بالخبرة الفنية، وذلك كله يقدمه في بابين رئيسين ومهد لهما بفصل تمهيدي على التفصيل التالي:
الفصل التمهيدي: وقد بحث في هذا الباب ثلاثة مواضيع من خلال المباحث التالية: المبحث الأول: وبحث فيه موضوع المستندات من حيث مهفومها ومكوناتها وأنواعها. المبحث الثاني: وبحث فيه موضوع أساليب تزوير المستندات الخطية. المبحث الثالث: وبحث فيه موضوع إثبات التزوير من حيث مفهوم الإثبات ووسائله.
الباب الأول: وقد بحث في هذا الباب ما يتعلق بالإجراءات التمهيدية لإثبات التزوير بالخبرة الفنية وذلك من خلال الفصول التالية: الفصل الأول: وبحث فيه موضوع المبادئ العامة للخبرة من حيث مفهومها وتكييفها ومسائلها ومفهوم الخبرة الخطية ومسائلها والأسس العلمية التي تقوم عليها. الفصل الثاني: وبحث فيه موضوع الإجراءات التمهيدية لندب الخبراء في مراحل الدعوى الجزائية المختلفة واختيار الخبراء وحضورهم وتفهم المهمة وتحلف اليمين القانونية.
الباب الثاني: وقد بحث في هذا الباب موضوعين يتعلقان بإجراء الخبرة الخطية وآثارها وذلك من خلال الفصلين التاليين: الفصل الأول: وبحث فيه إجراء الخبرة الخطية وما يتعلف بأوراق المضاهاة وعملية الاستكتاب وشروطها الفنية والقانونية وإجراء المضاهاة الخطية. الفصل الثاني: وبحث فيه موضوع آثار الخبرة من حيث تقديم الخبرة وتقديرها ونطاق سلطة المحكمة في تقديرها والمبدأ القائل بأن القاضي خبير الخبراء.
