Book Description
المنيحة هي المنحة، أو العطية، أو العارية، وهي تكريس لقاعدة التكافل الاجتماعي، في الإسلام، حيث يعطي الرجل صاحبه ناقةً أو شاةً ينتفع بحلبها ووبرها زمناً ثم يردّها. وقد يقيس العلماء على هذا أشياء وأشياء، وخاصة في هذا العصر، الذي تنوعت فيه أساليب المعيشة. ويتحدث المؤلف في هذا الكتاب عن هذه الأشياء التي تقاس بالمنيحة منطلقاً من حديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: "أربعون خصلة، أعلاهن منيحة العنز، ما من عامل يعمل بخصلة منها رجاء ثوابتها وتصديق موعودها، إلا أدخله الله بها الجنة". وقد ذكر أحد رواة الحديث، كما أورده البخاري، أنه عدّدَ ما دون هذه المنحية، من رد السلام، وتشميت العاطس، وإماطة الأذى عن الطريق، ونموه، فما استطاع أن يبلغ خمس عشرة خصلة، وتطلبها آخرون فوجدوها تزيد على الأربعين وقد جمع المؤلف في هذا الكتاب في الباب أربعون حديثاً من الصحيحين، وهي متفق عليها، أو بانفراد أحد الشيخين بها، أما ما عدا ذلك، من بيان ما يعضدها، ويزيدها بياناً؛ فإنه من مصادر حديثية مختلفة، معظمها صحيح، وبعضها ضعيف، وعددٌ منها موضوع.
ونظراً لما اعترى بعضٌ من هذه الأحاديث من خروج عن المألوف في رواية الحديث؛ كأن يذكرها المؤلف بمعناها دون الرجوع إلى المصادر لإثبات نصوص الأحاديث كما هي بألفاظها، حيث أوقع ذلك المؤلف بأخطاء، أسلوب المؤلف هذا حدا بالمحقق إلى ذكر نصوص الأحاديث بألفاظها ورواياتها في الهوامش، أو بالإشارة لى أن الوارد هو لفظ المؤلف، مع الإحالة إلى اللفظ الصحيح في مصدره، وهذا في الأحاديث الطويلة غالباً.
