Book Description
إن علم أصول الفقه من أجل العلوم الإسلامية وأسماها وأدلها على نضج العقلية الإسلامية، وقدرتها على النظرة الشمولية، وتفننها في كل ما يخدم الدين ويرسي قواعده.
وقد قيض الله لهذا العلم علماء أفاضل بذلوا جهدهم وأفنوا أوقاتهم في خدمته، فكان منهم الرواد الذين ابتكروه وأسسوه، حتى أصبح علماً مستقلاً بعد أن كان مستتراً في عقول المجتهدين لا يطمع غيرهم في تحصيله، ومنهم البناة الذين شيدوا أركانه وأعلو بنياته فضبطوا قواعده وحرروها، ونقحوا فوائده ومهدوها، وحلوا غموضه وإشكاله.
وشهاب الدين أحمد بن إدريس القرافي سنة 684هـ إن كان فاته شرف الإنتماء إلى جيل الرواد والمؤسسين لتأخره الزمني، فإنه لم يفته أن يكون في زمرة الشراح والمحققين، حتى أصبح مقصد طلاب هذا العلم ومحط آمالهم ومنتهى ترحالهم.
جمع المؤف أهم آرائه الأصولية التي انفرد، بها وخالف فيها جمهور العلماء وفوائده التي لا تكاد توجد في غير كتبه إلا نقلاً عنه، ليطلع عليها القارئ مجتمعة في كتاب واحد، فيظهر من خلالها فضل ذلك العالم وتبحره في علم الأصول وقدرته على الإضافة والإبتكار.
وبعد جمع ما تيسّر من تلك الآراء والفوائد وعرضها المؤلف بأسلوب سهل، وعقّب عليها موضحاً أو منتقداً، وذكر بعض من وافقه من المتأخرين ومن سبقه إليها من المتقدمين إن وجد، ثم أسبق ذلك بالتعريف بشهاب الدين القرافي، وأسرته، وعصره، ومذهبه، ومنزلته، وآثاره العلمية وما يتبع ذلك، فجاء الكتاب في بابين: الباب الأول: التعريف بشهاب الدين القرافي، الباب الثاني: آراء القرافي وإختياراته الأصولية.
