إن الناظر إلى آيات القرآن الكريم يرى فيها الهدى والنور والنجاة من كل سوء يحيطه في الدنيا والآخرة، وكل آية من آياته معين لا ينضب من البيان والتشريع والأحكام المحكمة الصالحة لكل زمان، ومكان وآية الدين من الآيات العظام التي جمعت فأوعت، وفصلت فأوفت في غاية البيان، وشرَعت الأحكام المنصفة العادلة لمسألة مالية ضرورية إجتماعية مهمة الا وهي مسألة الدين، ومتعلقاته التشريعية فكانت دراستها وبحثها بحثاً دقيقاً من الناحية التفسيرية التحليلية، فلكل كلمة منها أحكاماً وتشريعات تُنر لنا طريقنا في هذه الدنيا وتهدينا لما هو أصلح لنا في ديننا ودنيانا وأخرتنا، فنكون بذلك من السعداء الفالحين في الدنيا والأخرة.
وهذا ما نحتاجه أمس الحاجة لعصر كثر فيه الظلم والكذب وتضيع الأمانات وأنكر الحقوق من الديون وغيرها من العقود المالية، فكان من الحاجة الضرورية في هذا الزمن وغيره من الأزمان أن تتنور بنور كتاب الله عزّ وجلّ، وهدي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من هذه المظالم، والظلمات فآية الدين هي أحد الآيات التشريعة العادلة التي ضمن فيها جميع الأطراف على حقوقهم مهما صغرت أو كبرت بوسائل شرعية محكمة لا ظلم فيها لأحدٍ من الأطراف الدائن والمدين والكاتب والشهود.
وكان منهجي في بحثي هذا أن أخرج الأحاديث ثم أبين الحكم على بعضها بالحسن أو الضعف ناقلاً ذلك عن الأئمة الأعلام من أهل الحديث، وفي بعض المرات أكتفي بالتخريج فقط إذا كان في الصحيحين، وكذلك أترجم للأعلام الذين أرى من الحاجة للترجمة لهم؛ وأعلق على بعض الكلمات والعبارات وأعز كل شيء إلى مصدره؛ وكان من منهجي الفقهي في الفصل الثاني بحث أقوال الفقهاء، ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية في بحث مقارن، وبيان الراجح منها على حسب الأدلة النقلية، والعقلية، وإيعاز الأدلة، والأقوال إلى مصادرها.
