جمع المؤلف في هذا الكتاب "الإستفتاءات الجديدة" من الموقع الإلكتروني لمكتب المرجع الأعلى السيد "علي الحسيني الخامنئي"، وقد كان الهدف من نشر هذه الإستفتاءات وطباعتها سد شيئاً من حاجات مقلدي السيد الخامنئي، وقد قام بمراجعة الإستفتاءات الجديدة السيد "صادق المالكي" وأبدى ملاحظاته المهمة من حيث التنظيم وإيضاح بعض العبارات.
وقد قام المؤلف بتوضيح بعض الموارد في هامش الكتاب، مع المحافظة على أصل المتن كما هو من الموقع، وقد أشار أحياناً في الهامش لإستفتاءات ذات صلة من كتاب أجوبة الإستفتاءات لتساهم في فهم الحكم الشرعي بشكل أوضح، وقام بحذف الإستفتاءات المكررة، وتقديم وتأخير بعضها بما يتناسب مع تسلسل الكتاب.
