عصام موسى هادي. ولد في الأردن في 27 / 8 / 1968 م في الهاشمي الشمالي، داعية إسلامي موظف في وزارة الأوقاف بوظيفة إمام أول، وعضو لجنة فحص دور القرآن الكريم في المملكة كلها، أصله من عائلة "آل هادي" ترجع إلى عشيرة آل علي، سكنت قرية "عين كارم " من قضاء القدس. هاجرتْ عائله مع عشيرتها وسائر عشائر (عين كارم) إبان احتلال فلسطين من قبل اليهود سنة ( 1948م ).

فاضل الله عز وجل بين الأزمنة من حيث شهورها، وأيامها، ولياليها، وأوقاتها، كما فاضل بين الأمكنة، فجعل خير البلاد مكة بيت الله الحرام، ,أول مكان عُبد الله فيه على أرضه، ثم المدينة المنورة، ثم بيت المقدس أولى القبلتين وثاني المسجدين. ولقد صنف العلماء في فضال كل منها عدة مصنفات، وبالذات بيت المقدس، لكثرة ما نابه مِحَن وفتن، وترنُّحه بين قيدٍ وكيد، ولكن المصنفات في فضائله لم تخلُ من جمع بين الغث والسمين، لذا اعتنى "عصام موسى هادي" أن يجمع في كتيبه الذي بين أيدينا ما صح في فضائل هذا البيت، وما يتعلق به، مختصراً فيه ما قرأه من كتب الأقدمين من أخبار هذا البيت وفضله، وأسماءه، ومكانته في القرآن الكريم، وفي الأحاديث النبوية الصحيحة...
