وقد تناول في هذا الكتيب إضافة إلى القواعد العامة الإجراءات التي يتعين على أطراف العقد التقيد بها، استناداً إلى أحكام عقد المقاولة وأسلوب تسوية الخلافات، منوهاً بأن بعض المسائل التي تم التعرض لها تعتبر قضايا جدلية وتخضع أحياناً لاجتهادات متباينة.
