"رؤى استراتيجية" هي مجلة علمية دورية محكّمة تصدر عن "مركز الإمارات للدراسات والبحوث الاستراتيجية" الذي يفتح من خلالها نافذة جديدة من نوافذه الخلاقة لنشر الأعمال العلمية الرصينة في المجالات المختلفة، ومن ثم تشجيع حركة البحث العلمي الجادّ والأصيل الذي يسلّط الضوء على القضايا والتحدّيات التي تهمّ دولة الإمارات والمنطقة والعالم بفكر تحليليّ استشرافي يساعد على بناء رؤى واستراتيجيات فاعلة للتعامل معها في الحاضر والمستقبل.
هناك الكثير من القضايا الاستراتيجية المطروحة على أجندة المجتمع الإماراتي والخليجي والعربي والعالمي، فرضتها التغيرات والمستجدات التي شهدتها المنطقة والعالم خلال السنوات الأخيرة، وهي قضايا تتطلّب معالجات علمية حقيقية وعميقة بعيداً عن التناول السريع أو السطحي، ومن هنا يأتي حرص مجلة "رؤى استراتيجية" على اتّباع المنهجية العلمية الصارمة في إعداد البحوث والدراسات التي تقوم بنشرها بعد تحكيمها من قِبل خبراء متخصّصين يتم اختيارهم بعناية وبناءً على معايير دقيقة.
