يساعدك الفصلان 11 و12 على تحقيق أمور أكثر من خلال استغلال قوة وورد: إستعمال تقنيات خاصة لإنشاء علامات مائية وأحرف استهلالية مسقطة واقتباسات جانبية وملاحظات هامشية ورسوم؛ وانسياب النص حول الكائنات أو من مكان إلى آخر؛ والتحكم بوورد لجعله ينفَذ الأشياء عنك تلقائياً، والاتصال بالانترنت لتتعلم أكثر وأكثر عن وورد.
