"سمت الروح وإستطال الضياء، وهفا القلب وإستجم الدواء/وإنحنى الغصن ساجداً لمليك، فتفنت بلحنه أفياء/وارثون أرضنا بفيض زكي، فاح طيباً وشم من السناء/ يوم طه غدا ببيت علي، حاضناً سبطه فجلّ اللقاء/فسقاه من ريقه الدر دراً، وإجتباه لكي يتم البهاء/حسن أنت ياحبيب النفوس لسوى الله ماثناه الثناء/أنت سر الآله معنىً تجلى، أنت عز وأنت ألف وياء/كذبوا أنت مصلح القوم فينا، أنت نبراس أمة وضاء/أنت بصرتهم ولما يفيقوا، من سراب به إستكان الغباء/أنت نهج بكربلاء، فعلا وهجه وعم الضياء/ يا إبن بنت النبي جئتك أشدو، ونشيدي به إستئثار البكاء/أحقيق لو تك سود الرزايا، وخلا الفهد وإستوت حرباء/ سيرى يا إبن أحمد أن يوماً رغبت فيه تحطمت أسماء/أن يوماً به نويت ستهيأ هو بعض مما أتت كربلاء." هذا فيض من فيض الغدير الذي هو عبارة من مجموعة شعرية نظمها الشاعر في ذكرى يوم الغدير وينتمي هذا الشعر إلى الشعر الإمامي أو الولائي، وهو شعر تشبيهي، غزلي، وجداني، يتدفق من عميق عواطف زخارة، تعشق المتغزل فيه عشقاً روحياً صرفاً يصل في أعلى مراتبه إلى درجة الذود عن المحب والفناء فيه.
