Book Description
"الأشباه والنظائر" من الكتب الهامة المعتمدة في الفقه الشافعي. والمؤلف هو محمد بن عمر بن مكي بن عبد الصمد بن عطية الأموي، الشافعي العثماني، أبو عبد الله صدر الدين ابن المرحل، المعروف بابن الوكيل. كانت ولادته في مصر في دمياط سنة 665هـ، وقيل بدمشق، وقيل بأشموم. اشتغل في طلب الفقه والتفسير والنحو، وسمع الحديث، ودرس بالمدارس الكبار مثل: دار الحديث الأشرفية. وولي المشيخة فيها سبع سنين، والشامية البرانية والجوانية، والندراوية. أقام بالشام مدة، ودرس فيها، ثم قدم مصر واستقر بها يدرس بزاوية الشافعي، والمشهد الحسيني، والمشهد النفيسي، والخشابية بمصر، والناصرية الجديدة التي بين القصرين. وتوفي في القاهرة 716هـ. تاركاً كتباً في الفقه والشعر نذكر منها: شرح الأحكام لعبد الحق، ومجلدة في الفرق بين "الملك والنبي والشهيد والولي والعالم"، وطراز الدر، الذي جمع فيه موشحاتها الشعرية، والأشباه والنظائر، وهو الكتاب الذي نقلب صفحاته. ونظراً لأهميته تمّ الاعتناء به حيث جاء محققاً حيث اعتمد في تحقيقه على نسختين خطيتين إحداهما النسخة الأزهرية والثانية نسخة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية.
كتاب مهم في الفقه الشافعيّ جاء بأسلوب سهل شيّق تميّز بالدقة والتقصي والتحريّ.وقد انصرف موضوع الكتاب الى تناول عدد كبير من المسائل الخلافية في الفقه الشافعي فعرضها بطريقة واضحة ذاكراً قواعد وآراء الشافعية في هذه المسائل وغيرهم من الفقهاء والعلماء ليخرج إلينا في النهاية بالقول السليم والمفيد وبالقاعدة الصحيحة المحكمة في هذه المسائل
