"باسمك أبدأ، وتختبئ فيّ رعشة الشجر، أتمسك بوجهك، مخافة تهوي الأرض، ولا من يسند جسد العشق. أنت بشارة العبور، إلى ملكوت الفرح، هدأة الخلجان، حركة المواسم في الأشجار فيك أرتقي الحب، أتجمّل، تناديني النجوم وأسمع، تباغتني الحياة. فأُقبل قفير نحلٍ على الطرقات".
بعد سنوات من الكتابة والرسم تقدم مها بيرقدار على الخطوة الأهم وذلك بنشر كتابها الأول. ومن بين كل الأنماط التي كتبت فيها اختارت أن يكون كتابها الأول شعراً. إذن فوجه الشاعرة هو الذي تريد أن تخرج به مها وأن يكون هويتها الأبرز. في رسومها هناك خليط من الحلم والتأمل والبساطة بلبوس شعري متناغم... حتى تبدو الملوحة نفسها قصيدة... وفي قصائدها يحصل الشيء نفسه، فمن يقرأ صفحات قصائدها، يحسّ وكأنه يتأمل مجموعة من رسوماتها؛ وكأنه يدخل معها في حوار حول شأن من شؤون الفن والحياة. قسمت مها بيرقدار ديوانها إلى عدة أقسام، وكل قسم يحمل اسماً، ولكن البدء كان بـ"نشيد حب" هذا المسرى الأخطر في هذا الزمن اليباب الذي باتت فيه قطرة الندى تقارع رصاصة القتل فتنتصر عليها تماماً كما تنتصر عيون المحبين في وأد المسافات وتبديد أنّيات القطيعة ليحل الوئام، والسلام والتلاقي فيها. وإذا كان "الحي" هو بدء الديوان فإنه لا يغيب عنه في الأقسام الأخرى بل يظل ماثلاً، إن لم يكن في القصائد ففي قلب الشاعرة الذي تفرشه على كل موضوع تلامسه أو تدلف إليه "شعرياً". ماذا تقول بدءاً (باسمك أبدأ وتختبئ فيّ رعشة البحر، أتمسك بوجهك...) وهكذا نواصل معها، ونتواصل معها أيضاً ونمضي وفي القلب ما زال متسع للتحليق في هذه السماوات الناصعة التي فتحت لنا مغلاقيها هذه الكلمات المجنحة.
