Book Description
في روايته "سنوات من العزلة" يضيء عبد الله محمد سهيل الحرسوسي بيئة شعبية ريفية تؤمن بالمعتقدات والطقوس والمسببات الغيبية في تفسير مظاهر الحياة المختلفة.
تدور الرواية حول شخصية محولية هي الشاب صالح الذي غادر موطنه الاصلي منذ ثلاثون عاماً تاركاً قبيلته إلى اقصى الجنوب لينتهي راعياً للأغنام، إذ كان همه توفير لقمة العيش له ولزوجته ولأولاده. وبعد سنوات يقرر صالح العودة بأولاده إلى منطقة (العقبة) في وسط البلاد حيث تعيش قبيلة صالح التي كانت مضرب المثل في الدفاع عن المنطقة الرعوية الواسعة وتكريس السيادة.
تتوالى الأحداث في الرواية حتى يصاب صالح بمرض في صدره وبطنهن وبدلاً من اللجوء إلى الطبيب بدأ صالح وأولاده باللجوء إلى إمام القرية الذي لم يستطع اكتشاف المرض، ومن الإمام إلى الشيخ إلى الأتقياء في القبيلة بدأ يدور البحث عن سبب المرض، لينتهي الأمر بهم إلى قناعة "أن الجن يملكون الشفاء؟".
وفي الرواية يدخيل الروائي إلى عالم (الجن) بموازاة عالم (الإنسان) ويورد من آيات الذكر الحكيم ما يؤيد هذا التفكير وبعضاً من قصص الأنبياء، كالنبي سليمان "الإنسي الذي كان يسخّر الجن في عمل المحاريب والتماثيل والجفاف والقدور والراسيات".
إن ما يريد قوله الروائي أن عالم الجن موجود مثله مثل عالم الإنس، وأن هناك أموراً تحدث في الحياة لا نجد لها تفسيراً، تخترق قدرات بني البشرن ولكن يبقى الإيمان بالله وبأنه هو مسبّب الأسباب في الصحة والمرض والغنى والفقر الاساس الذي يجب ألاّ يغيب عن أذهاننا.
