ربما تشكلت المصالح وتعقدت، فكان لزاماً علينا أن نعود إلى متون الفقه حتى يتميز الخيط الأبيض من الأسود، فنصل حينها إلى القول الفصل، ولكن ربما تزداد الأمور تعقيداً إلى الحد الذي يدخل الإنسان في دوامة من التفكر والتأمل، وحينها لا بد من توخي الدقة في تشخيص الموضوع والمصداق، من أجل إدراجه في أي من العناوين والقواعد العامة، ومع هذا وذاك لا بد من الرجوع إلى القرآن الحكيم باعتباره الميزان الأجلى والفرقان الأوضح.
هذه المسارات الثلاث كانت مدار بحث هذه الكلمات، فمن جهة تم الاتجاه إلى فهم الدين وإدراكه من خلال سيرة الرسول الأكرم وأهل بيته والأطهار عليه السلام، وفي المسار الآخر إطلالة على الواقع لنفهم ثابتة ومتحولة، ولا غنى في ذلك كله من استنارة العقل بالقرآن إذ هو المصدر التشريعي المهيمن.
ضمن هذه المسارات الثلاث تحدث "الشيخ عبد الغني عباس" باختصار في هذه الدراسات الأربع والتي حملت العناوين التالية: قيم معيارية للآيات القرآنية، تأملات بين النص العلمي والنص الديني، تطبيقات لفهم النص الديني، فقه الثابت والمتحول.
