كلنا يعرف أن هذا الكتاب القيم قد شُرح شروحاً عديدة ربما يصعب حصرها، وأتمكن أن أقول بإطمئنان إنه لم تذهب على الشراح شاردة ولا واردة فيما يرتبط بالمضمون وتوضيح النكات إلا وضبطوه، وربما يصعب على شخص الإتيان بشيء جديد من حيث المضمون، وكل ما يكتب من شروح جديدة فهو عيال على ما سبق.
إلا أني لا أهاب إذا ما ادعيت أني قد أتيت في هذا الشرح بشيء جديد من حيث الأسلوب والمنهجة، وكانت الخطوات التي رسمها لنفسي فيه هي كالتالي: 1- اتبعت طريقة جديدة في الشرح تغاير طريقة الشرح المزجي وطريقة الشرح المقطعي، إنها طريقة شرح المحاضرة والدرس بكامله، وضبطت كامل ما ألقي في المحاضرة سوى ما تستدعيه الكتابة من مراعاة لبعض ضوابطها، وبهذا جاء البحث الواحد من أبحاث كفاية الأصول مقسماً إلى أقسام متعددة حسب عدد المحاضرات.
وضبطت في نهاية كل محاضرة توضيح بعض الألفاظ الغامضة في المتن، كما حاولت أن أذكر خلاصة لكل محاضرة في نهايتها، 2-حاولت قدرت الإمكان الإبتعاد عن تسجيل الإعتراض على مطالب الكتاب - إن كانت - فإني لا أرى الطالب بحاجة إلى ذلك في هذه المرحلة، أجل ربما تكون بعض الإعتراضات واضحة أو يتوقف إتضاح المطلب على بيانها فلا نبخل في مثل ذلك عن ضبطها، 3-ربما يوجد إختلاف في بيان مقصود الشيخ الخراساني في بعض الموارد، فيذكر أكثر من إحتمال، ولكنا لا نرى ضرورة في ضبط الإحتمالات وبيان أقواها وأجدرها، فإن ذلك ليس بمهم، بل المهم إيصال المطالب الأصولية إلى الطالب وتدريبه عليها. وليس من المهم بعد ذلك التأكد من كون مقصود سماحة الشيخ هذا في مقابل ذاك أو بالعكس.
4-قمنا في نهاية كل محاضرة بتوضيح للألفاظ الغامضة في المتن، 5-ربما نشير في نهاية كل بحث إلى مدى ضرورته للفقيه في مقام الإستنباط كي يكون الطالب على إطلاع من هذه الجهة، 6-قمنا في نهاية كل محاضرة بضبط عبارة المتن بأسلوب آخر تحت عنوان (كفاية الأصول في أسلوبها الثاني).
