ما أقسى الأقدار إذا سُلبت الأبصار، والمصاب يرفل بأحلام البراءة حيث المهد الصغير كأنّه فلكٌ كبيرٌ يحلم إذ يعوم في بحر الآمال وعلى حين غفلة يرى الصبي نفسه مكبّلاً بقيود الدجى حيث العجز عن كل حركة إلا مع الأمّ الرؤوم والأخت الحنون، ثم يشتدّ الكواء كلما كبر الصبي وحبى إذ يلعب لعباً لا شعورياً بدوافع المعرفة فيسقط تارة ويحسب قارورة الشاي من على الموقد فيقطّع الألم فؤاده ولطالما أذهب رُقاده بوحي نحيب فكانت الدنيا سلوته وحلوته يعاتبها وتعاتبه يلاعب وتلاعبه، ولما شبّ عن الطوق وذهب إلى الكتاتيب فالمدارس فالجامعات فالتوظيف آه وآه كم كوته أعين الحاسدين وكم جرّعته أكفّ الحاقدين والألم يشتد قسوةً إذا ما علم أنّ هذا العذاب الذي تصبّه عليه الدنيا من الاشجان ألواناً ومن الأسى احزاناً أنه من دون سبب، إلا أنّه يحمل قوة الصبر التي كانت سبباً في الإنتصار على الذين يحاربون ويعذّبون من شاءت إرادة الله تعالى أن يُرمى من كان في المهد صبياً بجلمود القدر، وقد آليت على نفسي أن أخطّ ذكريات الأسى ليكون القارئ الوقور على علم يقينيّ بعواقب الأقدار إذ يجب بالضرورة ان يكون الإنسان عوناً لأخيه الإنسان إذا أوشك أن يسقط كيف يجب عليه أن ينقذه وإن لم يعرفه، وقد كانت الإنسانية متدفقة لكنها ضعفت حتى قضي عليها، إذ توسك الجامعات الاهلية الآن أن توصد أبواب الرزق أمام البصير، ولا نعي سبب هذا الظلم البهيم ومن يدري ربما غداً يُحرم البصير حتى من الجامعات الرسمية وما سبب ذلك إلا موت الإنسانية الآن خلافاً للغرب إذ تُوجّه طاقة البصير نحو الخير الكثير.
ولقد انتصرتُ والحمد لله على الخطوب كلها إذ ألّفت ثلاثين سفراً قبل أن يحفروا لي قبراً فليطّلع القارئ الكريم على جهدي في هذه الحياة القاسية.
