يا طالباً وسائلاً خذ هذه الوسائل من قول خير المرسلين جمعت مسائلاً وحملت في طيها منه لنار سائلاً فاعمل بها ما استطعت في الصباح والمساء، لا تعرض ولا تكسل فمن يعرض فقد أسا إلى قائلها خير الورى أشرف من قد أرسلا، جامعها المحدث محمد بن علي خرد العلوي الحسيني التريمي الذي اعتلى عرش الحديث، فكم حديث قد روى سنده مبيناً رتبته إن حسناً أو مرسلا، فلا تشك في الحديث بعده فقوله الفصل إذا قال نعم أو قال لا. الوسائل التي جمعها هنا قد حدث الفضائل أبوابها عشرون بعد سنة أتت بلا نقص يفيض نفعها على الورى مثل الدلا تغرف من بحر الرسول. ما يروي الناهلا فاشرب من العذب النير ورد المناهلا تصفو لك الحياة إلى لزمتها مواصلاً بها يزيل الله عنك الضرر والنوازلا ويدفع الآفاق والأسقام والفوائلا، فذق بها ما تشتهيه جامداً وسائلاً".
