أما المدرسة الكينزية وضحت متغير الإستثمار عن طريق العلاقة التي تربطه بالإستهلاك والإدخار والدخل، وأيضاً الكفاية الحدية لرأس المال، والنمو الإقتصادي، في حين نجد الإستثمار في المنهج الإسلامي يفسر على اساس أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية ومقاصدها الشرعية، وهذا ما يختلف عن المناهج الوضعية السابقة.
